Fr. Brian Enright has died. He died on Tuesday, 03 October 2023.

The statement released by the Southern Africa Province indicated that Fr. Enright had a very long fight with cancer.

“The Southern Africa Province of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) is very saddened to announce that Fr. Brian Enright SJ has gone back to the Lord early this morning. He has had a very long fight with cancer. He will be greatly missed. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Funeral arrangements will be announced soon.”

Fr. Enright was born on 2 July 1937. He joined the Jesuits on 7 September 1955 and was ordained to priesthood on 19 July 1968 before taking his final vows on 2 February 1973.
